All Kathaakaar products are manufactured by traditional artists in the remotest areas of India, under strict supervision by our teams. The product Is checked for defects before it leaves our office. We are so sure of our products & their quality that we are confident you will never need to request a refund.
However if the product has been received in a damaged condition and you notify us within 24 hours of your receiving the product with relevant pictures we would be glad to assist with an exchange or discuss a refund. You may create a ticket for this issue by filling the contact us form.

- Minor imperfections in the product are part of its beauty and the nature of a handmade product. These will not classify as a reason for refund by Kathaakaar.
- For some pin codes Reverse pickup may not be available. You must self-ship the items in this case.
- If the product has been received in a damaged condition you must notify us within 24 hours of your receiving the product with relevant pictures on email@example.com / 8565888222.
Refunds cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
a) Damage incurred by misusing the product.
b) Accidental damage due to the product.
c) Any portion or accessory of the product is missing.
d) All refunds will be issued after receiving the products in their proper condition.
Products bought on a sale or a offer are not eligible for refunds.
It is your responsibility to return the products in the original condition in which it was delivered along with its original packaging.
